Owning my own business was always a dream of mine. Having parents who were self employed provided me a solid foundation. After finishing college it was time to get started making that dream a reality. It all started in April of 1996, one day after my 25th birthday. I signed a lease to rent the building on top of Nolo hill. With the help of my wife Kim, family and some good friends we went to work cleaning and painting. On May 3rd 1996 we opened the convenience store with a cooler of milk and a rack of chips. We gradually filled our shelves with inventory and started to focus on pizza. Later that year after many late nights of experimenting with our recipe, we opened the pizza shop. As our business grew we added the dining room and purchased a liquor license to complete the “one stop shop” experience.

In the spring of 2010 we decided to open a second location. After looking at several places we decided to purchase the former Budner’s Restaurant on Rte 56 in Homer City. We combined our great food with delicious ice cream treats and quickly realized we needed to expand. We began an addition and acquired another liquor license. We have been blessed with two great businesses and a lot of help along the way. It is our pleasure to serve the community. We continue to strive for excellent customer service and the best food in town!
